The Illegal Activities of Admiral Dele Abiodun and his Agents in PMAN State Chapters.
We have noticed with dismay the illegal and deceitful antics of Admiral Dele Abiodun, Idowu Blessing and their cronies in our State Chapters.
We understand that Idowu Blessing has visited some of PMAN State Chapters and claimed to have dissolved the EXCOS and re-constituted new ones.
This is absolutely illegal and therefore should not be tolerated. Neither Admiral Dele Abiodun (Suspended Member) nor Idowu Blessing (Sacked former Sec Gen) has any power to do so until the substantive suit against them is heard and judgment delivered.
They are obviously latching on the infamous ruling of Rtd Justice Marsh, which neither granted what they asked for nor conferred any powers of execution on them. What they do now is not different from their normal stock-in-trade, which is to create confusion in the state chapters.
Justice Marsh (Rtd) presiding over a suit filed by PMAN against Dele Abiodun in an Ikeja Court had in 18th March 2009 gifted an unsought for interlocutory (temporary) injunction as against the perpetual (Final) injunction asked for by the defendant. Be informed that we have already appealed the erroneous ruling and will surely come out victorious. As with every case in the courts of the land, when once a party rejects a court’s pronouncement and proceeds to object to same by outcome of such rejection or appeal the case, the status quo remains until the outcome of such rejection or appeal process is concluded. It is the same situation with the political cases around the country. Comrade Adams oshiomole won his petition at the Elections tribunal but did not assume office as the Governor of Edo State until after his victory at the appeal court.
We hereby restate our strong commitment towards protecting the Unity and Integrity of our Union from the assaults of her detractors. One thing we assure you is that PMAN will emerge stronger and more viable at the end of these setbacks.
